I agree. I think the plan is to try to get that better top 6 piece. But by doing so you slide Jarnkrok down to line 3 with Kampf. One of Engvall and Kerfoot slide to line 4.

But if you need cap space to make that move (and others) then Kerfoot or Engvall can be moved and replaced by a cheaper/suitable 4th liner.

If you don't need the space then sure, keep them all. But it'll be easier (and cheaper) to make trades if you have more cap room.
