Do you thinks it's possible that Tuch, Skinner, Cozens slip to 70 but Quinn, Peterka jump to 50?
- The_Inkwell

Notice you left out Tage and Dahlin from the regression.

This debate took me back to the greatest goal ever scored in Sabres' History (so far that is, we all know on 11/12/21 I predicted Dylan Cozens will go on to score the gRrrRrEatesT GoAL in Sabres' History). What a sequence. Rayzor had to remind Lorentz the icing call kept Nylander on the ice. What a doofus. Would you say Drury won that faceoff? He does get credit for winning the faceoff in the official play-by-play transcript, but that was more of a result from the relentless dogging by Zubrus (hasta be the play of his Sabres' tenure). Connolly's blast is underrated in the sequence, but nothing beats Drury roofing it between Vanek's legs. Absolutely incredible.

The tops in the League at winning faceoffs are tops in the League at losing them. It really comes down to Big Players make Big Plays in Big Games. PTPers.

Tough to read, but they liked 6 enough to draft them.

If you could build a deal around Mitts + a 1st, you'd have to consider it.

- Lunaion

I agree, seems like most trades include an nhl player , a draft pick and a recent high end pick/ prospect.

Haven't we learned our lesson about worrying about having a guy that can win faceoffs? If a guy you like has that quality, great. I don't see guys winning at a 47% clip and think that it is a problem.
- Slump Buster

Last guy we had who could win a face off was Steve Ott. And he wasn’t even a center.

I could see tage regress, dahlin seems like he's going to progress more.

Seems like a defense could build a gameplan around stopping tage. Dahlin has so much skill, I would be hard to plan a defensive scheme IMO

The thing about #28, he has the ability , size and endurance to play playoff hockey.

He would be an excellent player if he didnt fall and had better hands. Maybe even a 25 goal scorer if he had a better shot. Could be a 25/25 guy if he was a better passer.

You hear anything on reinhart returning? A friend suggested that, not sure if it was an opinion or inside scoop. He's given me some decent info in the past.

IMO I don't think they will give up to get Timo Meier, regardless of there talks about him. I don't think Adams makes that move.........YET. But at least they are talking about him from within.

I didnt like him, but it kinda makes sense fiscally.
Also with donnie, sam had a really good year.

If your KA: tage, cozens, sam down the middle looks nice.

Wonder about the vibes and trading within the division.
Maybe he overstayed his welcome the 1st time?

That's a strange way to describe Pat LaFontaine making a pass from his ass to Brad May who undresses Ray Bourque en route to dusting off Andy Moog.

On this day, February 1st, 1976 the one and only Gilbert Perreault scored a team record 7 points (2 + 5) in a 9 - 5 shoot 'em up with the Golden Seals. Rene Robert had 5 himself (2 + 3).
