I’ve been the most cautious boring guy here every off-season - don’t go after the unicorns, etc. Right now, though I’m saying go all in on the best player you get can get your hands on and worry about the consequences in the summer. I want to show Matthews that management is ready to get him the pieces he needs to bring a Cup here.
The only piece I’m reluctant to move is Knies as I think he’s going to provide a cheap skilled power forward for years.

I'd add that if you're looking to try and keep Matthews happy (which I think he is, by the way), Knies is another local Arizona kid, and I think I read that the two of them trained together this past summer with Tage Thompson. I wouldn't move Knies unless it's for an excellent player with term that we could afford.
