When you engage opponents physically… It happens…. Always a bit stupid to still have fights in hockey but you can’t count on the refs to protect you…. They are just useless…. I am not a big soccer fan but at least when a guy does a really bad thing or repeatedly do crap, he is ejected…

But there are less and less of fights…. We are far from the good old days when Habs were playing the Bruins and you were assured to have at least 2-3 fights in the game…

I'm not on the "let's ban fights from hockey altogether" bandwagon, but not all players on a team should drop the gloves imho. Dach isn't a small guy and I know he can defend himself, but he isn't a fighter either.
