When turnovers in the D zone happen, other players try to make up for the mistake. It tends to mess up coverages. Frost busted his ass to try and cover for it. Tortorella knows all this but he calls out Frost anyway. That's because he's a jackass

I do not think he called him out in a negative way at all. Pointed out in his opinion what went down. Missed his assignment. Guess constructive criticism isn’t allowed in 2023. He needed to be the save the day guy in that instance!!!!

I pay $160.00 a month to Comcast, but they still won't put on the game even though they own the team. ESPN sucks!!

Everybody except Bettman knew it would eventually backfire. Coaches and teams are not just going to lay down and take it. They will all develop strategies to counter what was trying to be implemented.

It was something that never needed to be done. I don't know one true hockey fan who cared about games ending in a tie after an overtime period.

And to make matters worse, it tells you a lot when you hear on occasion they are talking about changing playoff OT rules. Thankfully cooler heads always prevail.

Tortorella's press conferences are a waste of time.

He should also go back and look at the tape of that goal. Angelo, after he turns the puck over, stands like a dunce and watches while Frost busts his ass to try and cover not only his man, but also Angelo's man. One player made an effort, and another didn't. Yet Tortorella calls out Frost. That's what makes Tortorella an bumhole.

Yeah I am with you. I'm notbsure how he calls out frosty for that play.. torts doesn't seem to like frosty very much, which is disappointing because I see a huge improvement 8n his overall game.

Yes, well, no doubt Frost is playing better and trying out there. I thought last night he was a bit overmatched. I can see him being traded as part of a larger deal. The signals from Torts seem clear, Frost is just not his guy. Now Cates, Cates is his guy. My goodness, is that not a classic man crush at this point.

Just add one rule to OT, if the team possessing the puck crosses back over the red line into their half of the ice the play is blown dead and the other team gets the puck. Simple.
