Sell the right players for assets. The rest is hopeless.

What "right" players do you think they should sell? |

Any chance Fletcher 'accidentally' gets left behind in Minnesota? Please?
Maybe Guerin can hire him on as an advisor just so he knows whatever Chuck tells him, he'll do the opposite. |

so cutting edge with the lower case upper case.
There is not one player on this roster I wouldn't listen on . Made it clear numerous times I move on from the "Core" of ivan sanheim Laughton and tk. You will never ever win with this group. All they know is losing. They have accepted it. Individually they all have good value imo. So you can fast track getting back into contention in theory; depending on what they seek in return.
Hart is an interesting case. Where does he fit in this timeline to "contend"? He will need a new contract after next season. Do you commit 8 years? If so at what number? Imagine it starts at 5.5 (or more) no?
Hayes has value with retention. RR is unmovable unless max retention and added assets.
Would not shock me 1 bit to see JVR re-sign on 1 year ext. Though have to imagine he wants playoff hockey. Or I hope he does.

I too would listen on EVERY player.
Do you mean resign in the off season after being traded as a rental or literally resign and stay here?

I think it was Charlie who said he heard rumblings around Christmas that Chuck was finally on the hot seat. And then this newfound 'hot streak' apparently saved his bacon. Imagine being in a position that completely ignores the last two years of your employment performance. I wish I had that job security. |

So glad Chuck locked up Hayden Hodgson on a two year NHL deal this summer.
Two AHL goals in half a season. |

I'll admit I was never a big fan of the Torts hire, but my favorite thing this year might be his blatant disregard of the front office forcing Hodgson on him. |

Couldn't remember the exact quote but knew it boiled down to 'this guy's terrible, but everyone in the front office seems to think he's incredible'. Laughable they thought they unearthed a Jeannot type. I think he's been healthy scratched in the AHL a few times this year. |
