I'm sure there are some nights that could be worth it, if McDavid is in town or something... even if the flyers lose, you're in a suite for (frank)'s sake, just enjoy and have a good time lol.

people have apparently stopped going, which is amazing to me. i was sure this fanbase wouldn't be able to send that message by staying away. but kickbro works for comcast and they sent employees in the city an email saying when tix don't get sold they can ask for them and go that night for free. FREE! from the company that raises my cable bill every 24 hours. |

i know. it's a blessing and a curse sometimes to have really rabid fans.
here it's the eagles who are like that. there's some ridiculous years-long waiting list for season tix and families hand them down when someone dies. i know they're good now, but that doesn't last forever and when they're bad the fans will never stop going to send a message to management.
i'm not sure when the last time i've seen the flyers so rudderless and just devoid of any kind of hope but the fans are pretty rabid so i was afraid they'd just keep going and chuck fletcher would just get a 30 year mortgage on a house nearby. |
