Embellished or not, Kopitar interfered with DeAngelo. The play had a huge impact on the outcome of the game. DeAngelo simply playing through it wouldn’t have mattered, he wasn’t gonna be able to get back and help defend.

I mean cant imagine it has never come up between the many diff coaching staffs over the last few years. Yet here we are and still never tried. wonder why. any thoughts on why not tried on any consistent basis?

bottom line is tony d is not going to be sat. he leads the team playing 23 minutes a night.

You would think a some point after the deadline they replace braun and seeler with those 2 or maybe someone they acquire. Now that will not happen as we all know.

I'm not really defending it. Just not going to whine about someone having a different view of the same play. Watching it live I thought Angelo flopped. I probably would not have called that a penalty if I was the ref.

Actually Sanheim has played the right side before successfully with none other than Provorov, just not in recent years.
