after friday, Hartford plays 4 times until the Rangers play again, so Im sure it's gonna be a quick cup of coffee for Cuylle and he'll go back down there after friday night vs Vegas

I defend Gallant, and have my reasons, but for the love of god, keep the kid line together. Lets face facts, as of right now Laf isn't a top 6 player and he plays his best with Chytil and Kakko

Only issue with Cuylle called up is that one of he or Kravtsov have to play on L4. Which isn't great for either one of them, development wise.

But he who shall not be named is one step close to having his tenure ended, which is a huge plus.

I did like Kakko with Zib but, I think the kid line should remain in tact

I think this all ends with Kravtsov on the move. The "third line" of Vesey, Trochek, Goodrow is our shut down/energy line leaving Krav with nowhere to play. Cuylle can play 3rd/4th line type of game if he pans out. Vesey or Goody can move down to the 4th if Cuylle meets/exceeds expectations

Agree on the kid line. The top 9 last night should stay together hopefully for awhile. Maybe switch sides Kreider and Panarin, Kreider looked a little out of place on RW. Trocheck line was great I thought. He needs to let lines get chemistry

I think kreider still making his way back from his injury more than RW being the issue

You're probably right. Cuylle has shown the ability to score in Hartford. Think he'd be a good 3rd line option once GG figures out what to do with the lines.

Krav was LW last night so it makes sense he gets the scratch

Kravtsov has been ok but I think they still expect more production from him. He had an opportunity up with Panarin and didn’t really do much unfortunately

This probably spells the end of Blais' tenure as a Ranger. (frank)ing Subban!

Well whats your gauge on Cuylle as a pro hockey player? I see him as a guy with a good shot and physical play, essentially a top notch 3rd liner. So him coming in and playing 9-10mins on the 4th line is pretty fair start.

the only 20 year olds in the AHL this season so far with more goals than Cuylle's 13 and William Dufour and Lukas Reichel and they both have 14
