Said this last week, we have a goalie problem. Jarry is soft and injury prone. Desmith is not a reliable backup. It was dumb to run this tandem back, and it’s the same damn story. Go get a veteran, reliable backup. Need more of a 1B cuz jarry gets hurt putting on his pads.

Man you can hear Tanger's voice breaking up in his little speech after getting the post game warrior helmet. Thanking everyone for being there for the last month which was tough. Lump in throat inducing stuff

Was going to predict a Heinen goal or Tanger goal last night, but I got interested in a movie and turned the game on late.

I wouldn't even think twice about accepting this trade from a Penguins standpoint. Meier is my number 1 target for us though.

hahaha No? Why not? when I first read your post I read it the other way around...that the Sharks would never accept this. I think the Sharks would probably want more quality futures.

I love how Zucks is playing this year but Meier is a superior player. Zucks is UFA. Dumo is UFA and if he goes it opens door for Smith in a more sheltered role, which I think would be great. Reimer is a good goalie with a very bad team around him and a big improvement over CDS in my opinion.

EDIT: while it makes the top 6 and goaltending stronger, it doesnt help the bottom 6....so Sharks should throw in Barabanov? haha Would you accept it then?

Just seems like a bad idea to subtract a player playing well for Meier. He's obviously a better player, but how much are you really going to gain by replaced Zucker with Meier? Is the team THAT much better? I still feel like not messing with the top 6 and only improving he bottom 6 is a smarter way to go.
