Just give him one of those jobs where he watches the games and sends in notes about it, just to reward him for sabotaging the Nucks from within.

Last year I got my skates and my daughter's skates done at Sportchek.

Went to practice and they were so sharp, you didn't dare try to stop (it was OK for my daughter in full equipment, but I just had skates, gloves and a helmet).

After being on for 5 minutes, I pulled my daughter and myself off the ice - it was honestly too dangerous.

Took them back to the Sportchek the next morning - there was a line of people who had the same problem. The manager was apologizing, while laughing his ass off - apparently "the new kid" was a little to enthusiastic with the grinder.

Easiest fix for that is to go to the bench and run your blades over the plastic trim at the door a few times. Works like a charm.

I've done it when I made the mistake of taking my goal skates to crappy tire and the kid said he knew how to do a goalie sharpening - he didn't and gave me a player grind.

Talk about terrible, I nearly broke my ankle the first time I tried to push across in warmups.

I usually go sharp my skates at Rousseau sports where they have the machine that does all the work.

It's usually more reliable than Zachary who's been sharpening blades for a month after a 2 hours tutorial.
