It's not an easy job with very little reward.

Welcome back to being one of us, it's way more fun.

Of this I have no doubt!

Incorrect.

He never once openly judged the gays but feels uncomfortable taking part due to his and his families religious beliefs.

To be clear I have quite a few gay friends, an uncle who was (RIP), and a sister who’s gay so I have absolutely zero issue with it myself.

That being said, it looks like the intense supporters of LGBTQ are becoming as judgemental as the people who judge them. Not good. Even my sister has said this.

Nobody refuses to wear military gear for warmup for religious or personal reasons.

But they could, and should have that right as well.

They needed to send someone down when he came off IR to gat to 23. McMann is the only other waiver exempt guy and I guess they want to give him some more looks. At some point they’ll need to decide between the two of them. Keeping McMann means playing Kerfoot at 4th line C

You seem to believe the NHL is the most important thing to players.

It isn’t, their beliefs and family are. Expecting someone to abandon their beliefs is flat out wrong and against the constitution (or the charter of rights and freedoms in Canada).

Unless there’s something in his contract demanding he takes part they have to respect his decision when it comes to living his life within his beliefs.

I agree with Dozzer.

You have to listen to everything I’ve said.

He cannot be judged for his churches behaviour unless he behaves that way himself.

As soon as our governments start forcing people to live certain ways they’re no better than they’re no better than the nazis with the exception of killing people. Still just as controlling, not healthy and should not be supported.

A government can demand you don’t openly speak out (his religion did from their home and not him whatsoever) but they can’t demand you believe what they want you to. The government is supposed to listen to the people, not the other way around.

Either way to get this back to hockey the flyers handled this correctly and I refuse to see demanding someone to do something they don’t want to do without legal support as acceptable

The @MapleLeafs have loaned F Pontus Holmberg to the @TorontoMarlies.

What did I miss?

- bryant

Been suggested there might be a waiver player that he got wind of.

dafuq have i been telling you all about my boi willi baelander😍?!?👍🏿

interior board stand in front of the net willi along with team first Mitch will bring lord Stanley’s cup back to its seat😍👍🏿

i would posit some minor tweaks that future hof builder Kyle Dubass should make but that would be a waste of time as the same roster will work this year because babs, the refs and freddy was the problem😍👍🏿

edit:nice alliteration👍

Mike McCarron from Nashville on waivers - he strikes me as the type of player Sklappy would like - no pencil neck etc. I have no clue if he is anywhere close to decent though.

25th overall pick by the Habs in 2013. Bust?

Michael McCarron | #47

RW | 6' 6" | 232 lb | Age: 27 | Nashville Predators

Edit - perhaps he has some issues, seems he entered the Player Assistance program recently.

He's, at the very best, a 4th line/borderline NHL player.

Waste of a first round pick when Bergevin decided the team "needed to be bigger" while the rest of the league moved for more talent and speed.

And now he has personal issues.

He's not the solution.

For anyone.

Moving Holmberg doesn’t affect that. It’s just a a question of the 23 man roster. Coming off IR would put them at 24
