Olofsson beat Gibson low stick side on that mini breakaway and I just don’t think the NHL has 5 other players in the league that would have the cajones to try that.

You really should look at a site like Natural Stat Trick where you can compare on ice results of players when they are with or when they are without other players.
Nearly universally, Olofsson drags down other players results and with him on the ice, other teams have higher stats in possessions, goalscoring, shots, scoring chances and high danger scoring chances.

Even with his 5v5 scoring prowess, he is an addition by subtraction.
