They weren't ready for this game, they all looked mentally shot since the Hamlin injury. They weren't playing good even before that. They need to fix there Oline and get another WR and fix there backend other than Milano on defense. They need more speed in the secondary. And hopefully Tre comes back better next year, he looked really slow.

I would see if Frank Reich wants to be Offensive Cordinator. Dorsey never really seemed to have a clue how to get his RB's more involved in the passing game. Especially Hynes and Cook.
