Difference in the game is goaltending. They get solid , we get weak ass goaltending

Their goalie has given up 2 on 13 shots. 🤦

Murray definitely makes some highlight saves. Like that one off the post. But seriously someone get him some practice on closing his damn 5 hole. 🤯😖

There's room for an argument to be made that none of the pairs have performed decent enough they need to be kept together tonight and Thursday, but oh-vey Rielly/Timmins is getting greased to the point you want to do something for sure.
- joel878

Sandin and Liljegren have always looked solid together but only meh when they’re not.

Holl looks fine so long as he’s with a partner he doesn’t need to babysit defensively meaning he only has to worry about his half of the work. So Giordano or Brodie works but not Muzzin (due to his skill sadly dropping), not Sandin, and not Liljegren since those two only ever play on the right.

But you’re not wrong about Rielly and Timmins, they’re not looking strong at all.

Murray’s kept them in the game but ok

I guess both can be true? Those two last goals were super weak. Does it matter if he was good and then let's in weak goals right after ?

Saying their goaltending is strong and the leafs is weak with that stat is flat out ridiculous

Honestly might be a better fit putting Benn with Reilly though with how he runs low all the time not sure anyone wont find themselves hung out to dry at times.

Ulmark has made a lot of high danger saves in this second, Murray has let in two bad goals.

I didn't watch all the first to be fair, so I'm going off mostly the second.

Yeah, I think the main thing here is to get Rielly to play a bit more conservatively

It could easily be 5-2 bruins. Granted the last two goals weren't great but overall hes played well. IMO

Murray had a strong first, it woulda been 1-0 Boston out of the gate if he didn't steal one. He hasn't been awful in the second but a couple whiffs for sure and that's the difference.
