On being a Leaf fan, I will admit to being a Leaf fan first and a hockey fan second. I've probably been a Leaf fan longer than most on here, (except CC of course). I can honestly say that I believe the top four forwards on this Leaf team are the best by a considerable margin on any Leaf team I have watched. Not just the best in comparison to past Leaf greats, but the best relative to other NHL teams. Something to think about when being trolled.

Oh agreed all the way, their offence is monstrous plain and simple. More than strong enough to have a D who’s primary focus is on D and not the offensive attack from the back end. Morgan will get this sooner than later and I’m willing to bet it steps his game up a notch further.

Is this a bad time to remind people I used to be a Habs fan. I grew up in Ottawa and all we could get were Montreal games. (They were pretty amazing teams to watch.) Once I moved back to Canada in 1980, I became a Leafs fan.

Speaking of how good this team is, I think Dubas deserves an extension.

Also, also, some kind of bug going through the team. Probably why Matthews missed last game. Holmberg and McMann sick now.

I grew up in Northern Ontario and my dad and uncles were all Habs fans. My first poster was Guy Lafleur and I got a Jacques Lemaire Jersey for Christmas when I was under 5. I also met Henri and Maurice Richard when I was 5 or 6. Needless to say I was a huge Habs fan. Started liking the Leafs watching them play the Flyers in the playoffs in 1977. They officially became my official team after the 1979 playoffs. Needless to say it was a rough start to being a Leafs fan during the 1980s

Looking forward to the game tonight. Nothing I like better than facing the top dogs. Like Tampa. It's the measuring stick of your team for sure.

My next door neighbors are huge Bruin fans. Left early this AM to catch the game. Will stay there overnight and back tomorrow for work and school on Monday.

I've been asked to make Shrimp n Steak Tacos so I'll be cracking some Modelo's pretty soon. Quick transition to some red wine by period two.

A few times yes - always better to go to pro shop and use their cooker
