Yes, we’re on the same page there I think. - sbroads24
I don't even necessarily disagree with your overall point. Big picture though they need that depth to provide offense without giving up twice as much defensively. |

Since Dec 8th (13 games)
Mitts - 45.49 xg%
Krebs - 44.87 xg%
Olofsson -39%
Jost - 42%
Mitts is more in line with the other two lines than he is his own linemates.
I get people hate him because of draft status, but he’s your average 3rd liner making 2.5 mil.
Not some 6 mil player rocking a 40% goal share - sbroads24
This is really good 👍 |

If the Bills lose to Skyler Thompson. We will have some major issues on defense
Also Micah Hyde practicing is great news.
I mean for Micah. It’s a his neck. It’s either strong enough to play or no. It’s not like tre whites knee injury rehabbing |

Mitts effort has really stood out recently. Jost's effort is always there. It just makes VO's floating stand out that much more.
IMO, some of the Mitt's hate is really directed at the duo.

I think every team wants that. The issue is what does that cost or where does that come from.
I’ve said it a bunch of times, if Mitts is upgraded, great. He’s just not where my first or second concern is |

Nor mine, but the expiring contracts in the bottom six provide an opportunity to remake that part of the team. Maybe add a little more speed/skill. |

If this happens, Frazier should be fired, and Beane and McDermott should hire YOU to replace him. |

I am encouraged that 46 finds the bench at some point during every game. They seem to know that he isn't good. You can't play him when you are ahead, behind or late in the game. Unfortunately he does enough damage during the other times. |

This made me chuckle. Very good way of putting it. Idk if he's really this bad, but I know he can't keep up in this system. |

We'll learn a lot about them this summer. Great opportunity to improve...or they play the continuity card.

They'd wind up losing everyone they worked so hard to bring back, including the players.
Came up with a mock lineup the other day that shook out to roughly 70.5 mil. Which is only 3 mil more than their current expenditure and it involved a notable change at goaltending, D and the bottom six.
I think we'll see changes, I just can't guarantee we'll like all of them lol. |

With the prospects they have coming, don't think many are expecting them too be too bold. On the other hand, you can't sell me on bringing back this bottom 6 next year.

Yeah, like I said earlier he was really close, heard if he got cleared it could happen. |

I think bottom six and defense get a make over. Goaltending? 50/50. The market is so hard to predict |

Mitts and olo have no chemistry.
Olo is very deliberate as opposed to mitt’s who is more instinctive. I guess it’s about balancing the line but they do not compensate each other well. |

If you are a superbowl contending team ….. you can’t lose to a 3rd string QB in playoffs. |

I think they are the perfect example of two players that need someone dynamic to drive the line and they don't often have that. VO gets accused of floating - I don't agree with that. He is extremely slight so I get why he isn't always charging into corners. I think he also tried hard but he just isn't strong enough to win many battles.

That isn't surprising - there is no way he could return to game action with only a couple of practices under his belt. I bet he is active next week and then starting after that, if we advance.
I did see a video recently where Von Miller said he didn't even feel like his knee had surgery on it. Dare to dream....

Yeah, he's got to actually practice. But got a text this morning saying he could be activated if he got cleared. Will see, but still good news. |
