I agree. Hope they fall out of a playoff spot and the Sabres take their place. - boilermaker100
The hockey gods want us in the playoffs this year. I think they really want a Sabres Bruins tilt.
Can't say I blame them. poop would epic. |

Other than the lower body do we know what Joker's pain tolerance injury is? |

My guess for goalie splits for 13 games in the next 22 days:
UPL- 7 starts
Anderson- 3 starts
Comrie- 3 starts
We’ll see if my crystal ball is right |

The Isles are paper tigers imo, Pittsburgh takes their spot but I think that’s the only change unfortunately.
Caps are getting both Backstrom and Wilson back and have been on a heater.
Rangers with Shesterkin playing the way he is look like a wildcard team at the very least.
Devils look solidified unless goaltending screws them.
Bruins, Leafs, Lightning, Canes are locks.
Sabres will be right there till the end but I’m not sure they have the horses to get in. |

Impressive comeback by Jersey. Hughes is a star. Jesper Bratt has a missle launcher. Great game so far. |

Would have to waive Asplund or Hino to carry 3 goalies. |

I would hope they waive Fitz.
They could also waive UPL as a paper transaction and then recall him to start I believe as well (I could be wrong though I’m not a CBA expert) |

Wild due for a stinker
5-3 Sabres
Skinner, Krebs, Okposo, Power, Quinn with the goals
Wild score 2 in the 3rd to make it interesting |

If you waive him then he reports to the Amerks.
Paper transaction is nonsense because when you call him up then you still need to waive someone so that doesn't even make sense. |

Excellent blog Baller 👍
I think the Sabres carry 3 goalies.
The organization handles these situations with players delicately. Tough spot.
Waive comrie - back look ,plus 2 year deal
Bench anderson - not cool , not happening to an alltimer
Send upl down - he's the reason were winning and possible the future.
I think clague is the guy out..... like it not, power is making him look really good.
Coin toss with fitz
Honorable mention- elmer asplund

It honestly hasnt ended. We've got a temporary stop that can become something else, but they've still dropped a ton. |

I agree with this to a large extent but he's outplaying Fitzgerald to this point. The problem is they would have to waive two guys to make room for Joker and Comrie.
No way they waive 2 d men because that would leave them without an extra D.
I also have a hard time believing they would waive Asplund because they protected him in the expansion draft. Hinostroza would be easier but I think Donnie really values his work ethic and they're paying him $1.7m on a one-way deal.
No simple answer here unless someone goes on IR this week |

If they could get a waivers-exempt B/B+ defensive prospect/player for Asplund then that's something definitely worth considering |

I mean it really should be pretty simple
Hinostroza and Fitz should be gone.
Neither fit in this lineup like Clague and Asplund could with injuries |

The Raiders light up the 49ers and then make the Chiefs defense looks like the 2000 Ravens. Unreal. |
