I hope you’re joking. Bedard has scored more than any other player as a 17 year old. More than Crosby, McDavid, Lindros, Jagr, Lemieux, Bure and on and on. He is one of only 6 players to ever play as a 16 year old.

Ok kinda but to me it’s almost the same.

You are reducing a team game to an all star skills competition type of contest.

I was worried about this because there is no hitting in 3 on 3 overtime and Canada was at its best in this game and tournament when they were playing the body but they got it done.

It was nice to see Bedard tell the reporter “we aren’t talking about me right now, we just won and I love this team and this country”. That’s classy as hell for a 17 year old kid - big thumbs up from me on that.
