Nobody steals a point in a 6-5 loss unless there’s something like 60 shots. There weren’t anything like 60 shots. Also you can’t steal a point in OT and lose it in the shootout. The shootout loss wasn’t on him. He was fine

I thought Sandin made a really good move. Shows Keefe has seen something in practice from him on breakaways.

He made one nice glove save and the one of the first 3 shooters barely made it in. The shootout is a whole differ t animal and some goalies just plain suck at it.

Remember how bad Belfour was in the shootout? It was a guaranteed loss!

It’s weird but players SHOULD score on a shootout attempt - all the time, space and no back pressure…..

Sandin was a weird choice for sure with JT on the bench. He did almost score though Binnington had to go full desperation mode to get to that puck before he ticked it in. His attempt was better than Willy’s.
