Sure but people still talk about the marathon overtime playoff games in the NHL so how is that a bad thing?
Or.....

Maybe Morgan will realize his best efforts should be focused on defending. Leafs have a couple of decent forwards who can score. - Woderwick
Just get him back with Brodie. He’s played with Benn, Lilli and on the right side with Sandin this year. Brodie gives him a base to do Rielly things and the whole D group will improve with him back.

If that's how you define paranoia I don't know what to tell you other than my threshold is much higher! lol
I said what I said based on the factual evidence of Leaf players receiving suspensions that seem to be more lengthy than other players from other teams for almost identical acts in similar situations. See Matthews suspension last year as exhibit A.
I would venture to guess that if your opinion is the Leafs are treated equally by the DOPS and the league as it relates to suspensions you would be of the minority opinion here but to each his or her own.

I don’t think there’s a fan base in any sport that’s not convinced that their team is the most mistreated team in the history of sports and that they have evidence.

Keep in mind I'm not a huge soccer fan, and I never played organized soccer as a kid, but here goes:
I'd like to see some sort of OT, similar to NHL 3-on-3.
I know that "real football fans" would hate it, but I'll bet it would be just as wild and wacky as 3 on 3.

You guys really think it’s team related and that political? I take a more simplistic approach more because it’s much safer as far as the NHL is concerned. I think DOPS just franks up every now and then.

I'm just saying the league takes hits to the head seriously, and it's because of the McSorley fallout, which was a huge black eye for hockey. - Atomic Wedgie
They do...sometimes.
They SHOULD ALL THE TIME.
The inconsistency is the biggest problem. I know they claim they look at past decisions etc. when making these decisions but why can't they just create some sort of a system where they have a minimum suspension for intentional X and then go from there?
