In all honesty he goes to stick up for his goalie and Guentzel gives him a pretty good stick. Then he’s just had enough. Hopefully Guentzel learns from a couple of missing teeth to just stick to hockey.

One good period is all it took... Sabres probably deserved a better fate... But then again I dunno... What happened to that extremely fast hungry totally in sync team from the first almost 2/3 of game?.. Pens woke up and started closing gaps. Started bringing their own hard effort.

Pens actually played really good man yo man D when the sabres were swarming. Except Genos line. They pretty much suck unless you’re playing Columbus or Arizona.

Yeah despite the high volume of shots and shot attempts from them in the first two periods the 5 on 5 HDSCs only ended up being 8-7 for the Sabres when the game was done. Pens PP is starting to take form and that's what got them there tonight. Two weeks ago the Pens lose this game.

Fun game to watch, Jarry did what he had to until you guys got going. Should be a fun game tomorrow.
