I agree upl hasn’t had the most help in the world. Goalies a majority of time are a product of the team in front of them.

But he hasn’t played 1 game where I thought he was actually good. I can’t even think of a single period where he was good.

He lets in soft goals all the time.

I can't imagine getting to a place where I blame Skinner's actions on the officials.

I understand the 8 game losing streak. But as of last night with a back to back games against a team in are division and 6pts out, kinda important. You play them 24hrs later. Payback, go and win the game you just tied in overtime, and pay them back with a nice hit or fight Saturday night.

Cause Anderson took a hack to his glove 2 seconds after the whistle, happens about 200 times a year to goalies in the NHL. Yeah heat of the moment, doesn't make it not Stupid. Showed balls cross checking someone in the face. Balls would have been dropping his gloves.

The problem is Guentzel gets 2 for slashing skinner 1st and nothing for the 2nd slash and the punch in the back of the head when skinner was on piled on, on the ground.

Players get in each others faces all the time. They don’t immediately slash like Guentzel did. Happened in the 2nd period with the interference call on mitts. A Pittsburgh player immediately gets in his Casey’s face but casey chooses not to escalate it.

The on ice call should have been both getting 2 for roughing. Skinner getting 5 and guentzel getting 2 for slashing. Pittsburgh still gets a 3 minute pp at the end of OT. The refs had some very bad moments last night but they really botched it at the end.
