Unless you had complete waterproof attire it didn’t matter how warm you dressed.
The weather was a major factor. Zero benefit to the bills. Bills should have ran away with that game but couldn’t.

I had the same issue during the bills dolphins game last year and colts game
You are wet. You have 3-4 layers on and get soggy. Then it gets colt. So your soggy clothes are starting to freeze.
