We don't get the first point without Skinner's finish on goal 2. Until my GM gets me a real goalie, 22-23 means development. Jeff Skinner developed a spine. I love it.

That's fine, happens all the time with goalie's taking a late wack. So if the Sabres fight there way back and miss the playoffs by a few points does this stupid play have any regard in that.

Pittsburgh also noticeably changed their game in the 3rd. they were straight up NJD trap era for the first two periods. There were points they were just sitting 5 men at their blue line waiting for the Sabres to come in.

I understand the 8 game losing streak. But as of last night with a back to back games against a team in are division and 6pts out, kinda important. You play them 24hrs later. Payback, go and win the game you just tied in overtime, and pay them back with a nice hit or fight Saturday night.

Fact of the matter is, being 5-2-2 since the losing streak and the two games they lost in OT they probably should have won are good signs. Heck even the Colorado loss I felt they outplayed them but just couldn’t get a save

I agree upl hasn’t had the most help in the world. Goalies a majority of time are a product of the team in front of them.

But he hasn’t played 1 game where I thought he was actually good. I can’t even think of a single period where he was good.

He lets in soft goals all the time.
