cute little flurries with 1 cm of snow on the ground from december 23rd to january 2nd, this would be my perfect dream winter. - Pat1993
I like a bit of permanent snow on the ground all winter, makes it a little lighter out for longer, and the streetlights do not make it seem as dark at night.
I find the next few months depressing as (frank), always grey and/or dark.

My grandfather had this mantra of trying to learn something new every day - regardless of how small or large - because one of those things may eventually change your life.

I agree, if we could get only 1 or 2 cm on the ground permanently for the whole winter, that would be amazeballs. right now there's nothing on the ground at all here and I could bet anything that by february we'll be covered in 4 or 5 feet of that white poop.

Mine loved to complain.
His favorite topics were the price of fuel and the cost of alcohol.
He never went anywhere and he brewed his own wine..
