Ok but point production isn’t his role Goodrow isn’t either - Slimtj100
Goodrow at least contributes on the score sheet. I didn't realize the NHL didn't allow Sammy Blais to score. He should file a lawsuit. |

What determines a winner in a NHL hockey game? |
|
|
|
There is no forgiveness for Lias Anderson pick. Analytics and the eye test both show he has no skills. That was a horrible draft selection. Kratsov was a terrible pick too. No matter what happens with Kakko (who looks like he can be a beast) and Laf- they were the right plyers chosen at the time. That they disappointed so far is mostly what Rangers fans feel is inevitably our lot. |

It's part of being a fan. The " never being happy." Not even mentioning Buch as can't go down that rabbit hole again |

Colton Orr literally fought so his teammates didn't have to. In era that still had some enforcers. So there roles are complete different.
And yes, you're correct. Goals determine a winner NHL hockey game. So going down that line, how many games has Sammy Blais helped the Rangers win? |

Well Tom hasn’t been here lol rehashing is fun. I accept role players for who they are. I appreciate what they do and I’m generally a fan of most of them. Sammy Blais is very effective in his role and will be in the playoffs which is ultimately why he’s on this roster imo. For the playoffs. He wasn’t around last years run and I believe he actually could’ve been the difference playing the role he does, vs Tb at least. Avs idk. Idk if we beat them with Buch either |

Reaves and Carpenter are gone so Blais is the new whipping boy. Round and round we go |
|

Blais was always going to be killed bc he was linked to Buch. I thought he flashed some nice skill last year prior to injury. Now he just looks like a shell of himself. Probably the worst regular forward on the team |

It’s a shame he wasn’t available in the playoffs because I think that’s where we’ll really appreciate him |

Well it was the end of civilization when he was traded. Thankfully as a society we’ve recovered
Ironically we made the conference finals without either guy - Slimtj100
TJ you must face reality on last years run. Igor played well the majority of those series. Crosby was knocked out, we barely beat a third string goalie. We played Carolina without Anderson and oh yeah we had Copp and Vatrano. |
