Yeah, it's going to be weird getting all of those guys back.

A healthy Muzzin is always a good thing, but my guess is he's retiring. Benn's been good in limited action; Brodie is always solid. Rielly is still the best puck-carrier, but isn't great defensively.

You are right about Rielly, and that has to change. As long as the team seems to be buying into a better game at both ends, he needs to play more defense.

Straightened Benn up quick.
Seems Dubas pushing all the right buttons presently.

I had alot of favorite moments in that game. That hit was surely one of them. Nice to see a d-man make an effective hit on an opponent with size. Sandin was very good, Liljegren was exceptional.

Kallgren is not very good, Leafs defense actually flatters his numbers. Murray way better than I expected. In fairness to Murray, he's only 28 (looks 40) but has two cups. That $4.6875 salary for this year and next is looking like a bargain. Especially with Campbell at $5M x 5

And honestly, he wasn't that bad for a 3rd string goalie put in a tough spot.

Johnny T has also been outstanding. The big four are finally the truly frightening line matching problem. The PP is Voltronesque.

I wish Holl had just thrown that puck at the Stars player. May as well go all-in.

Pavelski gets a 9.5 on the dive drawing the first Marner penalty. No passengers on the Leafs last night. Officiating was brutal.

And a shout out to Casper the Great Pyrenees, who took on and killed a pack of 8 coyotes attacking his flock of sheep. It was 30 minute war, with cutie patootie kickin ass. Did I ever tell you guys how much I love dogs?

He started as an engineer on the Abbey Road album, was also the engineer for Atom Heart Mother and Dark Side of the Moon. So not that surprising. He was really good live. I saw him twice, once backing up Yes at the Molson Amphitheatre and the next year on his own at the Guvernment which was much better. He's not touring much these days.

Re: Alan Parsons

So jealous of you Winsie. I have been a big Alan Parsons fan since the early 80's. The guy is underappreciated.
