Gallant broke out the blender - again - today in practice, shuffling the forwards and defemsemen. Outstanding typo lol |

Corrected, thanks. Don’t know why the spell check didn’t catch it |

Vesey top line, only in NY can you make the team on a PTO and then play on the top line. And we wonder why KK and Laf cant improve, bouncing around the line up is not good for consistency!! |

he should be on the 4th line with Gaut/Kakko/Krav across the top 3 RW (don't care what order) - not sure why GG keeps leaving vesey up there. |

GG wont last here. Same story as every other place. He's a players coach and its short lived. Not good with personnel or a system. |

Gallant said this of Trouba being banged up: "It affects you, for sure... When you’ve got some injuries, you can't do certain things."
So, I asked if he's considered letting him heal for a game or 2: "No. He takes some practice days off. He wouldn’t allow that. Trust me."
Seriously? The coach is letting an injured player dictate whether or not he plays?
He is clearly not 100% and hurting the team. He needs a few games off to recuperate before the injury gets worse, his play is clearly suffering.
Does GG have more confidence in an injured Trouba than a healthy Hajek? I don't. |

It's OK. Trouba has a mild elbow injury from hitting people in the helmet so much.

Its bad enough that you throw garbage onto your own ice in the middle of a 13 game winning streak, don't throw your garbage around here! |

#NYR coach Gerard Gallant wouldn’t divulge anything about his lineup tonight. Said he hasn’t heard anything different on Vincent Trocheck, who was out on the ice but did not take line rushes.
Wouldn’t say if Kravtsov is in or who his goalie is vs. Ottawa

If i remember correctly, wasn't there a bunch of strokes around the time of his first one? i feel like there were 3 or 4 others who had some but no correlation was reported? |

Short term memory? Ask Kakko about this. Just say the words "Ryan Strome" and you'll get it.

That was during the playoff push and playoff run. No reason to let an injured player play at this point in the season. |

Fire GG? Ok. Bring in s coach for structure and accountability? Ok. Who? Trotz. Contact all the NMC players reps save Fox and ask if they’d like to go somewhere else. Elevate Kakko, Laf and Krastov to the top 6 and leave them there for the remainder of the year, give them the team and let them run with it. They won’t make te playoffs, but will find out about some these so called top prospects, and that not a bad thing
Question. Who are the 3 best skaters on the team in terms of 1st step and separation and straight speed? |

That would have been my guess as well, but that’s not what I’m told by someone watches the team practice everyday. |

Lines should be...
Kreids, Mikka, Gaut
Bread, Fill the Thrill, KK
Laff, Vinny, Kravtsov
Blais, Goodrow, Vesey
Gauthier is rolling...get him going at all costs. I see more potential in him than I do Laff...and I'm not knocking Laff at all here. |

1. Ryan Lindgren
2. K’andre Miller
3. Julien Gauthier
3. Mika Zibanajad
3. Chris Krieder

I can see Miller...but not the top three. I stand by my choices... |

I know it seems odd, but I’m told Lindgren is great straight line skater. Oh well, it was fun talking about it. |
