Meh, HB is circling the drain. I think many of us are really getting fed up with no new blogger. I wonder how long until people just stop coming here entirely.

Even if HB goes down I will still check in on Lord H's tweets occasionally

But seriously, who should get that Norris?

Erik Karlsson?

- dbot

It's between him and Dahlin for me. 2 guys putting their teams on their backs on a regular basis.

They go to the already uber wealthy twats that don't need the money, and the world would be a better place if they suddenly vanished.

Government loves inflation, drives up the monies it collected as taxes are proportional.

Corporations shouldn't exist. Neither should centralized government or unions.

Autonomous people, capitalistic anarchy.

But we'll never get there. The NDP isn't viable under Singh as he's just parodies of working class, with his flashy Rolex and desire to prop up a corrupt government. There's only one choice and that's get rid of Trudeau.
NDP needs to get back to its working class roots and get a new leader so they aren't a joke.

- Pres.cup

Government still needs to exist, but there needs to be more oversight. They can't be the ones governing themselves when it comes to corruption and outright breaking the law. We basically need a comity that can investigate and charge government officials with corruption, fraud, even treason if needed. One that they have no control over.

Unions should be for every industry and every job should be union. Unions do a better job at preventing wrongful termination, as well as fair wages than anything else out there.

As for corporations, you will never do away with them, but you need to fix the way taxes work on them. The problem is that Canada isn't big enough to actually do anything about it, we need a large country like USA to get the ball rolling. Many large corps can leave Canada and be fine, while Canadians lose thousands uppon thousands of jobs. But any corporation leaves the USA and their revenue is crippled forever.

Canucks about to go from bottom 10 to top 15 prospect pools in 1 year?
- NorthNuck

Prospect pools rankings I've always said are pretty dumb. Outside of blue chip prospects everyone is a pretty big question mark. I've watched the 25th ranked Canucks 8th best prospect play 200 NHL games where the 9th best teams 3rd ranked prospect is on his 3rd team in the AHL or passing through waivers yearly.

Really means (frank) all because putting a group of players in an order at all different ages, in different leagues, with different teams, is damn near impossible.

That's why the prospect pyramid is good because it puts players into potentials.

Even though Donna say that Raty is now Canucks #1 prospect. I doubt it. Lekkerimaki still has a much better shot at reaching his ceiling vs Raty, which Lekkerimaki's ceiling has been higher all along.

He claims the twitter account has nothing to do with him, so the question is: is he a liar, an idiot, or both?

I agree, trying to rank prospects against each other serves very little purpose because there are so many factors at play.

Imo Raty still has a higher ceiling than Lekkerimaki, I see Raty having top 6 potential and Lekkerimaki having middle 6 potential. If Lekkerimaki has higher odds of hitting his though, I dunno how you would rank them vs. each other.

After the TDL, I think many will lose interest. Potential trades are the only thing keeping this turd on the surface.

I think people are going based off his body of work. If we win 1oa, Bedard instantly becomes our best prospect before we even draft him.

One is a small soft winger having a brutal D+1 while the other is a center with size trending upwards.

You make such weird arguments. Do you know what potential means? It's a projection of the future based on the past. Whether that past is in the Canucks organization or not is irrelevant.

Raty is 20 months older even though they are only drafted a year apart. Lekkerimaki drafted 37 spots higher. Raty and Klimovich have the same PPG in the AHL this season. Right now as I said to Vantel earlier. Klimovich best comparable after 100 AHL games is Klim Kostin. A 23 year old that has finally found a place on an NHL roster in Edmonton playing bottom 6.

No never heard of the word please tell me what is potential.

Big effin deal he put up decent numbers playing on a crap team like Bridgeport.

I am sure projections have never gone wrong here before
