They spew so much bullsh1t that I don't care what they say anymore. When things happen, they happen.

Exactly. All I care about is actions not speeches.

I could care less how he feels he was treated either, hopefully he picks up his stare down game in NY. Good riddance.
- VanHockeyGuy

👍🏻 (frank) the betas and emos. I love that they tortured Bo and Bruce. Should have tortured them some more

He should take the same path and come play for Vancouver in the WHL. next season. Just kidding. I'd rather see him come play in Abbotsford.
- manvanfan

From what I seen of this kid I am looking forward to seeing what he will bring. He is my number one prospect to date on this club.

Klimovich played his 100 th game last night 18 goals 40 pts just turned 20.

I expect the next five days is going to be pretty quiet. I think we will still be debating in here about the 2014 draft nd who we should have taken. I don't really care at this point who we will be selecting in the fifth round of the draft this year.

I know some get thrown off by the different topics thrown around on here, but I find some of it amusing and some stuff even informative. The parts that don't interest me I scroll by.

One thing I do find interesting is how many more are joining the other side with the conspiracy takes and not just accepting what they are being told to accept.

An example: I got the first two doses of the vaccine and then Lordy came out one day and said what virus has you getting a booster every year. Eyes opened. My daughter is a nurse, and she was against it so again my eyes opened wider. As I said it is a personal choice and I believe whatever choice suits that person is the correct choice. But it was Lordy's comment on this thread that made me aware, so I have no problem with people posting other stuff here. I seen SMP post something very similar to what Lordy said and I always respect his takes so again some good topics fly by on here.

And the fights are entertaining as hell.

- VANTEL

I'll glad to hear your eyes opened. Alot of people I know are in the same boat, got 2 shots and then started questioning things.

I'm glad I didn't get any and know that party of the reason I left is due to the fact my views on the topic were not popular at the time. Understandably so, we were being bombarded with fear and only those who didn't trust the government thought it was bs. As more time passes, more and more information has come available, censorship is being exposed and more eyes are being opened.

I'm German Ukrainian, my people fled religious persecution in Prussia for the Ukraine. When the communists took over my family again fled, those that remained were all killed in the Holordome.

This taught me that anything that a government mandates, suppresses or censors should be questioned. That's my initial reason for resisting but the corruption and transfer of wealth soon added more reasons. My friends 9yo got the jab and 2 weeks later was hospitalized. He's now deaf and has had an ocular implant installed. The government says safe and effective, but I saw a healthy kids with zero risk from covid coerced into getting the jab and being injured and his family kicked by the system when they talked about his injury.

It's gross.
It's why I'm supporting pierre in the next election. Mandates shouldn't be invoked and propaganda shouldn't be so heavy.

Funny
You come at it like it is way too much from the Oilers, and Mini say it is nowhere near enough...lol. And I see this as fair in between you two.
The Oilers done with Puj. and have to make a move in the next week. If they want a dman that in our consensus is worth a 2nd, then how would us taking on extra cap and giving them assets not be worth more?

- carsonagenic

Cap is a real thing & more importance than many place on it. I like to call it value. Eg Boeser at 6.65m isn’t good value. He does have the potential be it but as for today that’s not so. Timing of a trade can influence value as well as what a team needs etc etc.

According to the left most centralists are "far right". 1/3... I don't think most Canadians have any clue what far right actually means.

The liberals are farther right then the conservatives at this point in regards to removal of bodily autonomy in many aspects of life. Corporate control, transfer of wealth from the Middle class to the upper class has never happened as quickly as under the liberals and yet Canadians seem to think they're socialists.... the liberals under Trudeau are fascists, plain and simple. The NDP stopped being relevant when they stopped supporting workers rights and started sputtering corporate suppression of those rights, they're Justin's layup dog. Layton would be ashamed.
I know Elizabeth May personally and have supported her but the last leader of the greens hamstrung her and they couldn't vote independently anymore. Hopefully now that she back things will change.
PPC is a joke, they'll never take power and max is just mad he lost to otoole. 4 percent is all they'll represent, half that number is an accurate count of far right Canadians. Not percentage either, actual voter count.

Rant over.
This has a much a place here as talking about football, at least it's talking about something Canadian unlike the superbowl.

@DarrenDreger
on Brock Boeser trade rumblings:

"Smart money is on this not happening between now and the trade deadline, more likely happening in the off-season...I know there's interest...I would say a reasonable amount of interest over time expressed in Boeser." #Canucks

Seems to be much more interest in Boeser than Garland as well.

Sniping ability is why imo

100 percent

For now, getting rid of Trudeau is more important then "never conservatives".

I'm willing to give Pierre a shot, he wore some interesting essays when he was young and unlike Otoole, didn't sell his political soul to special interest groups to get elected.

Proportion representative governments needs to happen but I don't trust anyone in power to do so, certainly not Trudeau.

The system needs to burn, until then whoever will give me the most personal autonomy will have my vote. Corporations should be outlawed, that would solve most problems within a generation or two.

Capitalist Anarchism is the only way. Let us have and own what we create. Live in a tribal fashion caring for our neighbors. No more war, no more borders, no more politics or fascists.

- Pres.cup

So you want to elect the known union buster to take away power from corporations. Perhaps you need to dig deeper.

East is full of Betas so Bo should slide right in. Maybe there is another deal in place where Garland can get moved to NYI so he can be b!tch slapped right in front of Bo.

Crazy to think that there has only been 5 u20 players since 08/09 season that have played 100 AHL games including Klimovich.

Fiala had 99 but had almost double PPG after his 99 games.

His best comparables now a days would be Martin Kaut, Jean Luc Foudy, Klim Kostin.

Probably hope he turns into Kostin out of that bunch.

You're not wrong, just saying that Edmonton wouldn't do it and I don't think we'd want the cap hit next year unless we trade Miller.
We need the cap to sign Horvat as a ufa

- Pres.cup

Trade Boeser for whatever is behind door number 2.
I would take 1 more year of Foegele at 2.75 and a dice roll on a super cheap Pullmyharvey over him any day.
The management of this team need to be honest with this re-tool-a-build thingy and say "We will suck for X years and fix this team"
Cap space to be weaponized for picks and prospects, not for another 'We tried, but floods and stuff" 23rd if we are lucky place finish.
