Why do people say buy out Myers? He has a five-mil bonus next year. They would be very dumb to buy him out.

Colliton liking his game and says he is getting better but here Donna saying he is done. Hoglander will probably play 500 plus NHL games now since you said that.

To create cap space so they could get someone better, to make their team better for the playoffs....

Van trading a 5th round pick to get Bear and Pederson with Hurricanes retaining on Bear a bit. I'd say JP has less value right now than Bear did, plus Bear's contract is smaller.

So overall Bear(retained) + Pederson >JP.

Canucks took 1.8M off Hurricanes hands, if Oilers want someone to take JP's full 3M and he has less value than Bear +. Value lower than 5th which is a 6th than 7th, futures, to a negative value Oilers adding a pick or prospect.

I really hope the Canucks take on some trash for the rest of the season for a few picks. Would be nice to embrace the tank for the first time ever

Kevin Woodley from in goal magazine chatting with Demko, asked him about the rumours and Woodley did not get any feeling as if Demko wants out at all.

I really don't understand why the Canucks need to collect more wingers?

Because the one's they've drafted suck

Interesting. I’ve heard Pod is improving and Hoggy has been terrible. I haven’t watched Abby but would like to find the time. He is a really low IQ player imo

You are probably right but they won’t get that. He (frank)ing sucks and is seriously considering quitting the NHL and returning to Liga

Colliton on Hoglander. Still trying to find consistency. Tremendous puck hunter, forces turnovers, scored some really nice goals.

Hoglander has 9 points in 25 games and -4.
Poolparty has 10 points in 49 games and -13. Probably got those playing with Mcjesus or Drai as well.
Hoglander is an overpay by himself.

- SMP8719

Like I said Canucks won't pay that price but that is what they will ask for just because of his draft ped. Bruins or Carolina will pay a second.

I'm looking forward to watching Miller being the "leader" of the team and a lot of eye-rolling from Pouty.

Ya but it will be Colliton and Tocchet's job to change his game. There's skill there to work with... just need to shape the rest of his game.
