If Tocchet tells management that Miller is a winger, I look forward to the panic move that fellows.

So hurtful. I don’t give a (frank) about JR you shrivelled up moody midget. Be nice or I won’t boost you up to the swing set at the next picnic

Friedman pretty much just said they'll trade Horvat, Schenn, Myers, Boeser and maybe Demko

Sounds like the same bs we heard last summer when guys like John Shannon told us to expect some major changes

I'll believe it when I see it. They've been in charge for over a full year now. The biggest names they've shipped out are Jason D, Travis Hamonic and Tyler Motte

Bergeron is still an amazing player, he never leaves the zone early (like Horvat) until he ensures the Bruins have complete possession of the puck or it’s out of the zone.

He's a machine in all 3 zones.

He doesn’t excite me, he reminds me of Kevin Hayes who’s also 6’5” and has a long skating stride which looks slow, but those strides take up a lot of real estate. At 23 years old it’s not the worst, but not exciting.

Not many thought much about Tage Thompson either.

Not comparing the 2, just these tall guys seem to take a bit longer.

First off I will say I really enjoy Kuzmenko on the team, I think he is fun to watch. Very skilled and plays well with Petey.

Next I will say some of you are missing a big picture. This is for the trade happy fans. Who do you think has more trade value, a UFA in five months or a player who does not have a NTC this year that is on pace for 35 goals, a great cap hit this year and the two following years of a very good cap hit. Even with his NTC to 13 teams next year that is still 19 teams you can get a huge return for back.

So my break down is you just made an excellent signing where you could have one of the top lines in the NHL with EP and Kuz and fill in some much-needed help by moving out Bo and maybe one or two others, or you have two excellent players EP and Kuz that you can trade for a huge return if things don't work out.

To me this is a win/win signing.

It's a good signing. But, #teamwhiner will have their day.

Even though Rutherford is a d!ckhead, he commands a lot more respect around the league than Elmer did. He won’t be had imo and I expect better returns than Benning got. Maybe wishful thinking on my part though.

Great signing. They have an asset in their pocket now. No matter what they do with him.

I am sure this management group will do the right thing.

Horvat, like Taylor Hall, will learn to be a complete player, when the plays on the same team as Bergeron and Marchand and Krejci.
