I didn’t notice him to be slow at all playing in Victoria as a center, but I see they moved him over to wing at uconn. Interesting. His draft profile is power forward, been a while since we had one. I would prefer defence and center too, but we need everything so this wouldn’t bother me.

Only BPA wing in our range is Sale imo. That said we’re taking a C or if a reach I guess Reinbacher. I also like Simashev but later if we get another 1st.

Ya, I’ve definetly read a scouting report saying exactly this good puck protector, drives play. Might just be you didn’t see one? Also I can tell you from watching him that is his strength. Uses his reach to keep the puck, a bit like Rantanen who he models his game after.
