EP's probably not happy with Boeser's benching. Too bad, he should pick up the pace as well.

Idiot coach needs to stop trying to put him in a role that he isn't capable of.

This is true. Boeser has 2 good periods on a line so he gets promoted to the Horvat Miller line and instantly they start bleeding goals and the line he left goes cold. This happened in the 1st of the last 2 Vegas games.

Burroughs has 3 good games and 1 bad game among a team full of players who had a bad game and out he does in comes Stillborn.... who has 3 bad games and 1 game that was OK at best so long ago I don't remember which game it was... totally fkn backwards.

Never understood coaches who mess with poop when it's working.

You are trying to hard. The Boeser trade proposal and the drama comment when this place is more reasonable than it has been for a while... you suck at trolling.

Without Pettersson the Canucks would be a bottom five team. As for Boeser, he’s just not the player he was, seemingly. In five full seasons he’s put up 20+ goals four times and 46-55 points. His skating seems worse than it was before, which was mediocre at best. I don’t think he probably cares though, at the end of this contract he’ll have made just under 20 million U.S. dollars for his career. He could retire at 28 years old as a rich young man.

Mike Bossy’s career earnings, #3 in NHL history points per game.

Mike Bossy’s net worth / earnings / salary history: Earned US $3,205,000 (US $9,420,714 in today's dollars), ranking #2146 in NHL / hockey career earnings.

Brock Boeser and the rest of the slugs out there can thank Gary Bettman from the bottom of their hearts!

He's a floater... his skating got worse, his shot got worse, his defensive play got worse and his overall TRY got worse. This current management thinks that's worth $6.65m and cuts cap by trading away a add on 2nd to create around $1.5m and leaving a hole down the middle... but hey, they still have "control over the player" which was all that mattered according to their arguments in the summer about letting him walk or dumping him for a small return.

Bunch of fkn idiots...

I'm going to be Boeser like and not clean up this post so it's easier to read...

Just read this on Twitter…

“Boeser is over 0.5 PPG at evens while Garland is like 0.3

What are we doing here?

How about Dries being a -7 in 12 games majority with Boeser, maybe he’s not quite an NHL centreman”

That’s only 3 positions in the standings and literally 1 point.

Scratching Boeser is a mistake unless he was about to be traded.

Garland should be permanently seated in the press box pending trade.

Or what he's saying is we might be a bottom 5 team even with him.

Very true! If we’re going to get technical though, they’re actually now two points out of a bottom five position and there’s a few things to take into consideration, wins, games played, etc.

So to my point, they’d certainly be a bottom five team right now without Elias Pettersson. The kid has had a phenomenal year and he’s just 23 years old. Too bad Podkolzin didn’t have a fraction of the talent EP40 has or he’d be an NHL player.

Podz will be fine, he's just a bottom 6 player at this stage of his career. You're right he's nowhere near as talented as EP but they're both the type of players you need somewhere in your lineup.

Podz is 21 and a sophomore slump is not uncommon at all for young players. I get concerned with EP when we talk about long, gruelling playoff series when he has to match up with a top flight #1 C.

So you are going to whine about it.

What the (frank) do you expect people to do in this situation? Pretend its ok? This is what people do here... talk, b!tch, share ideas, batter opinions against each other. When people deviate away from hockey talk... you whine.... when people talk hockey and it happens to be at a low point so it dominates the conversation... you whine....

So lets get this straight.... you want a completely controlled hockeybuzz where no one talks about topics you don't like or complain about how bad things are when it's at a low point....

ya, that should make this place more interesting and worth while...

Stop being a control freak. You female dog about what people talk about too much and you seem to think it doesnt apply to you. I've seen you go from complaining about politics talk to talking politics and back to b!tching about it... I've seen you out of nowhere troll people's political opinions when no one is talking about it just to draw comments in their defense. Then Makita wags his finger at them shortly after but not you who initiated it. Practice what you preach or stfu....
