Agreed. It is just messed up everywhere in this organization.
- Reubenkincade

I use Boston as an example, you think the Bruins organization would let Miller play the way he does? No, they wouldn’t. There’s a culture there, you play the Bruins way or you don’t play there.

John Tortorella just sat Kevin Hayes out in Philly because he’s lazy. You think Boudreau would ever sit anyone like Miller out…no, he wouldn’t. There’s no accountability in Vancouver. Tortorella wants Hayes to be a good example for all their young players not a bad example. Screw winning, play the right way!

We’ve gone downhill ever since AV was let go. Never had a prospect pool in the farm to develop properly. What we finally have is a farm team outplaying the top team & being more fun & interesting.

Lebrun talking today, saying that Kuzmenko’s side looking for either a 6x1-2 year bridge deal or 6 years at 9 million. Ball is in Canucks court.

Lebrun is full of it at 9m. Bridge is possible but not at 6m.

Too bad they didn't hire him, they'd be just as bad as the Canucks.

What's next? Travis Green joins twitter and starts raving but how well coached the Canes are?

He was my coping mechanism because I knew OEL was a bad contract. I still think he'd be fine on a different team as a middle 6 pest that can score but he's a bad fit here and also not as plug and play and versatile as I thought. I think he only plays well when paired with physical forwards, I've liked him with Pod and I think he finished last year strong with Miller and Pearson.
- Nucker101

Garland had success with the Yotes but then like others before him struggle with the Canucks.

You knew this trade was coming. You could see it for miles and miles. Benning had to make a desperate move and he did.

He couldn't give a rat's ass about four years down the road. Lame duck GMs and coaches make bad decisions. Like signing Miller for 7 years instead of 4.

I wonder if we’ll see moves at all. I understand it’s extremely difficult to make trades right now with the cap but they seem to just be sitting on their hands. Maybe there’s a lot going on behind the scenes, which is the most likely scenario, but it just seems like they’re scared to do anything wrong so they do nothing at all.

He currently sits snugly between Foresberg and Stone for points per game. That’s an 8.5-9.5m player today…
