Build around EP, QH and Demko. Do whatever you have to do with the rest.
- neem55

I’d definitely trade Demko if he still has value. But I also don’t want to keep anyone other than Schenn and Martin lol

Apparently the team had a "physical practice" today, so it seems they're going to take it to Colorado Thursday.

I thought at the start of the season there would be a lot better results. This roster has individual players with talent and should not be consistently falling below the poverty line.

Seeing the same results again this year I came to the conclusion that the issues are not only on the ice but off the ice as well.

It is time to blow this fucker up.

A couple insiders believe that Puljajurvi and Kapanen will need add on's to be traded.

Even if they are small assets, that's something the Canucks should be doing.

Once they trade Bo and Schenn they will have cap space to add players like them.

NHL bodies for another season that you can try out because the team is going to suck again anyways.

I noticed that, too. He looked exasperated.
- Marwood

Both him and Schenn have been asked to pack Quinn, like Bo is asked to pack his deadbeat wingers, yet get very little help from a majority of teammates.

When he coughed up the puck last night, you could tell he was pissed at Brock, who just stood around, while he was being pressured, providing no outlet pass, other than what he ended making.
I feel bad for a couple of these guys who are working hard and trying to do the right things, but get zero support from their terrible teammates.

- Reubenkincade

Brock is dumber than JV if that is even possible. Never gets his nose dirty. Passenger cashing paycheques.

I read a post on HF that said Brock called for the puck? That can’t be right because he was out of position for the pass and standing still
- Nucker101

Brock is so good, he doesn't need to be In position or in motion

I know someone that met Brock and said he is as dumb as a piece of wood.

That is insulting to the piece of wood

I'm all for taking on short term cap dumps for picks, but if it's low picks then why not wait for worse contract top get shopped and acquire a harder pick. I would not blow cap space for an extra 4th round pick.

There is an undeniable pattern going on for awhile. Time somebody throws ppl under the bus. No more of this cryptic bs just get real. Idgaf about feelings.

Send Brock to Abby. Somebody takes him off waivers goodbye cap wasted. Myers same thing. Give hungry players the opportunity.

I have a hard time accepting Brocks signing and the length of Millers contract.

Price has to be worth it. They are struggling bodies on their teams. Maybe they can do a Pearson and play well for a while and possibly instead of extending them, they are then traded for something as well.

Unlike previous GM's in Van that just let players walk for free always or extend everyone, maybe this management could be proactive in trying to create assets and not just waste them.

This team is afraid of losing a trade so there's no way they have the balls to waive a significant player. Even Loui Eriksson never got waived or sent down.

Then just sign him or overpay some other alpha on a short term deal during the summer. I want the 2nd round pick

What makes the Canucks easy to play against if a decent breakout is only Petey Miller Bo & Kuz are good at entries without getting angled to the boards every time. The speedy guys don’t pressure D with the threat of going east west that’d be Garland & the rest. If not a power move & cannot get D on their heels with speed plays die.

Dump ins are poorly executed when next to nil for the forecheck. Puck battles are poor. Puck support is wanting.

No sweeteners just ride them out.

Waive them if necessary.
