Yup, Plan A is to get him signed, trading is just the emergency option and if they trade him, it'll be for a player or two who can help them win asap, not picks or prospects that aren't NHL-ready yet

This just tells me they can’t draft. So what’s the point of getting futures to pick the wrong player. Rebuild with bad picks and suck for decades.

At this point, I have no confidence in any move the Canucks make. Everything stinks about them. The “sell the team” chant should become a meme spread everywhere.

Petey has been shoved off the puck many times but is still a very good player.

Just drafting the same type of player again and again, than trading for some of the same.

If the organization wasn't so consistent at making the same bone head moves, things might not seem so bad.

The American's are just walking around the Swedish D now. Skating untouched throw the neutral zone and around the defenders. 4-1.

It's like watching the Canucks play against the team 1 spot ahead of them in the standings.
