I have come to terms that this team is a bubble team. Has been for years and will be for years. It is a lot less stressful.

The owner will not start over and try again. I have accepted it and am a lot less enthusiastic and a lot less hopeful.

With that I have only watched about five games this year and crowds are getting restless. My two sons have stopped watching them and following them all together.

They just locked in JTM long term and have OEL long term, I would not be too hopeful of a magic wand being waved and everything fixed.

Fair enough, it sucks because I do love NHL hockey and the Canucks will always be my team but it's definitely hard to see a path that ownership/management will realistically take to turn this team around. I'm not holding my breath either, I used to operate my schedule around Canucks games but now I don't give a poop and prefer watching games later so i can fast forward and waste less time.

The Ducks have acquired Florida defenceman Michael Del Zotto in a three-team deal. Detroit acquired center Danny O’Regan from Anaheim while Florida receives right wing Givani Smith from the Red Wings.
