They are not pigs you dummy.

- boonerbuck

Yes, I'm aware. They just have a pig-like appearance so they're affectionately called "pigs" here. I think they're actually from the rodent family? Apparently you can eat them. Thanks for taking the time to clear that up and though!!

Everytime I see someone post a Gear tweet, it makes me sad that he was working in the Canucks front office for years.
- Nucker101

I honestly wonder if every other organization is as much as a cluster-f**k in the front office as the Vancouver Canucks. It's truly astonishing!

Frickin classless POS organization, the only thing good about them is Bergeron, who's not only a world-class player but a world-class person. Everyone else is a POS like this a-hole!! Glad they lost their last two Cup appearances.

That should be suspend able. He probably licked Chara's pucker hole before the game.

I really don't know. This is a pretty stupid group from the owner down to players.

I wake up check Twitter to see if any trades then rinse and repeat tomorrow.

I'd be very surprised to see any team make significant changes this close to Christmas. Come the new year I think you'll start to see more activity. Hopefully Horvat is sent for a good package and then Aquilini can get on twitter and declare the franchise is now on a new and winning path.

I know. I read a story about him in the offseason. They guy called him a POS and kicked the sh1t out of him in a bar in the Maritimes.

- boonerbuck

I also have access to the internet, just so you know.

Javelinas Are A New World Pig

The javelina is a peccary. While there are three species recognized in the Americas, only the collared peccary (Peccary tajacu) occurs in North America. Peccaries are a new world pig; yes, a pig, but not exactly the same pig that most of us recognize from the farm. New world pigs belong to the Tayassuidae family, which evolved about 30 million years ago from a close common ancestor of the old world or “farm” pigs in the Suidae family. In the simplest version of a very long and complex evolutionary story, peccaries made it across a land bridge from Europe to the Americas, leaving the old world pigs behind. Freed of competition with their old-world counterparts, they colonized the Americas and are still here today.

I'd like to see them make a rational decision for once, take emotion out of it. Who care's if Bo's a nice guy or a good teammate or a good goal scorer....just make a damn good decision for once. #Canucks

What kind of organization signs a guy to a new deal and then turns around four months later trying to trade him? All the while publicly shaming him by scratching him on "cure for cancer night", or whatever it's called, knowing his father just passed away and he suffered from cancer at some point in his life. The missteps with the organization over the years is just completely baffling.

Yet here we are...

I know this sounds crazy, but I would try to build the team around Petey Kuz Podz Mikheyev and even Garland and replace the rest. Schenn I would be tempted to sign for three more years.

I am starting to warm to Joshua and OhMan but the rest can flock off.
