I always love the guys who show up to Leafs games in badly outdated Leafs jerseys.

So So many of them.....I have decided unless (until) they win the cup I won't be buying jerseys with current players names/numbers as I've been stuck with too many over the years + I have a Matthews Centennial Classic (the one in Toronto) & a JT jersey currently. I'll stick to greats who have retired, obscure goalies to some degree (because who doesn't want to see a Bester or Wregget jersey?) or get my # and nickname on it.

Most of my jerseys are goalies but I'd do a Salming jersey with his patch for sure.

Love that the Patch is being sold but very disappointed that as of right now I can't get a sweater with it.

I went on the Leafs' Twitter feed where they announced the sale of the patch.

Every third comment is asking for them to make hats and shirts.

Fingers crossed.

It would be the wrong era, though for Cujo, Wregget and Fuhr.

lol - It's not a gamer so there is very minimal resale value.

I did see a gamer (warm up jersey) that I told my brother to buy. The Monster wore it for warmups on Alan Bester night so it has Bester's name and # on it.

The price is great guy is asking $350 Cdn - it's a goalie cut in the 3rd jerseys style with the blue shoulder yokes - amazing looking. I'd have bought it myself to wear on the ice if I didn't already have a jersey in a GC like that.

You can't get a real NHL team jersey in a GC for $350 very often and certainly not a Leafs one.

Went to a Leaf exhibition game in Peterborough once and spent the game with some friends ragging on Shack for some reason. In the 3rd period the woman sitting in front of us turned around. Before she said anything, I knew she was Eddie’s mom. She just said “he’s trying his best, you know.” We didn’t say a word the rest of the game.

No not weird, I get it and feel that way about my goalie jerseys on the ice but most of my jerseys I wear are in fact exactly as you have described however to just not wear a jersey because the player on it is now on another team drives me nuts but my OCD just won't let me.

His QS% is currently at 33% which is pretty horrendous. I wonder how the Oilers fanbase felt with that signing? Was there large amounts of skepticism?
