I would go,

Asplund-Krebs-Olofsson

Defensively responsible Winger with a defensively capable center and a shooter on the other wing.

Asplund and Olof gives you instant chemistry and gets Krebs ice time. Maybe wakes Olof up a bit 5v5. I think Mitts is dragging him down

If Krebs isn't gonna play, send him down see if Rousek Krebs Kulich can become a line, if they do and bam you have your 3rd line

VO and CM played 8-9 minutes 5v5. Lowest on team other than Pilut for whatever reason. Those two had more than one additional xGA than Power, who played 21 minutes EV.

Crying about asplund avr% vs. The guy's don is dressing , makes little sense.

The coach watches these guys in practice, training and games.

Asplund has been an average Sabres player, he's not getting better .

I'd still rather see Casey break thru, olo stay on a 40 goal pace .....

The analysis confirms or negates biases. No one can ever tell you that a cherry picked stat makes so and so a great or horrible player. But when you and I are watching the game, watching the opposition decimate Mittelssons line, the data on that game will show the same thing. They're getting caved and literally not helping what so ever. You can't claim to try to win and also allow that to continue to happen. You're paying those two over 6 million dollars to do something, and they're doing absolutely nothing outside of the powerplay.

And even though i think Krebs should be in the lineup, coaches will almost always fall back on playing the Vet over the young guy

I think we're stuck with Olof till at least the deadline. Which doesnt bother me. He can shoot. Just get him off a line with Mitts. They're a blackhole together.

Krebs defensive metrics show he would help at least keep the puck out of our net. He can build off the chemistry Asplund and Olo should have.
