Every time they were on the ice, it was all out excitement.

One other thing that is missed in all of this. Our top 4 D are usually playing the big minutes against the other team's best players. And they are thriving, even with the (alleged) bad goaltending.

Our bottom 2 D are playing the other team's bottom 6 and still getting their teeth kicked in. I could hear the goalie argument a little more if it was our good players getting gashed, but it clearly isn't. Our bottom 2 D are regularly getting gashed against the other teams lesser players regardless of who is in net.

UPL Not good 3rd game
Team in front of UPL has been bad in front of goalies pretty much the whole season.
Maybe if Girgensons doesn't do the curling slid to block a shot and take himself completely out of the play Point doesn't score. Maybe if Tage skates hard all the way back in OT that pass doesn't happen to score the winning goal. Plenty of crappy plays to go around.

Again, Ullmark has had a good few weeks. He was beat out by a college kid last year and was considered a disappointment.

They both played 41 games..... and Ullmark had a better save %..... He was not "beat out"

Olof should be able to play D if Donnie is putting him out there with 5 to go against one of the best line sin the league. Thats on the coach. But Olo gotta have some urgency to pick up a top 3 scorer in the slot

The guy is so gawd damn lazy. If hes still out of shape thats a problem for him. He should be in peak performance after the sh!t he's gone through.... Didn't someone say he and Olo looked great the last month of last year? Did he not put in the work over the offseason?

I think that Ollo - not unlike Reinhart - is a complimentary player. They can both be extremely valuable if used correctly (e.g. they need a strong center). I still doubt his long-term value to this team but he he looks like garbage playing with Mitts.

that's not even close - Nylander is in the minors right now and never once looked like an NHL player. Mitts has played well in spurts, even though he looks like garbage right now. Mitts will stay in the league, somewhere. Nylander never wll.
