Like many good goalies. That's why you need to pay the piper, or make smarter decisions, or do something about the fact you let him walk. Kevy could have, at any point in the last two years, found an NHL goalie. But he's incompetent. He's worried about that big contract for Krebs or Mitts. Or Savoie in 5 years.

3/4 on the power play Tampa passing at will and Stamkos 10 feet out top shelf.

I think the goaltending has generally been good enough. I believe they said on the broadcast last night that we lead the league in odd man rushes against. There are four things killing us right now:

- 3rd line
- 3rd D pair
- PK
- Odd man rushes against

I suspect that getting better players to replace the bad ones listed above would do wonders for us. We're so close, I think.

Well, sure - I can find the worst goalie in the world and point out the great saves that they made. Both goalies made great saves down the stretch. At some point one team was going to score because of the crazy scoring chances that were given up.

I could point out that Tampa wouldn't have been in OT if Elliott hadn't given up 2 or 3 really bad goals.

do you think Colorado is concerned with hits or perceived toughness? We are fine in that area. When it is time to push back (like when UPL was run over) we respond. Everything beyond that is scenery.

Yeah, so at the end of the day, the one who actually made the saves in overtime is the 1 who outplayed the other. It just so happens to be that for the last 3 years the Buffalo sabers are always on one end of that equation.

And people think that's a smart way to run a railroad.
