Marner is one of our smartest hockey players, but he like all other Leafs needs to learn to play better situational hockey. Hoping for a breakaway while penalty killing is MAYBE something you do while trailing and likely do if trailing late in the game. But leaving the zone early on a penalty kill up 1 is just plain stupid. |
