Would be a decent 3rd line on paper. To much softness and not enough defense right now.

I can't say that only because Skinner is his own worst enemy. He could be a poor man's Brad Marchand if he was interested in every game. He just isn't. He's on a heater right now. It started a couple games ago. It might last 25 games. And then he just blows away in the wind for 15 games. Marchand never does that. Even when he's not scoring Skinner could still chirp the other team, occasionally spear someone in the groin, be a scumbag. It would make him as complete a player as he can be.

I see him listed as a LW/RW. Either one would look fine on that line if they could play RW.

Skinner has some of the most unlucky moments. The guy rings the post at least once almost every game. If he wasn't such a playmaker this year he would be very streaky like usual. Guy has 12a in 19g (.63%) his highest per is .39 in his rookie year with 32a in 82g.

As per the chirping, I dont see the guy ever stop running his mouth.

Samuelsson is so important to this team that contract is going to be awesome especially when we have to pay Dahlin $11 million per year.

Tage is a monster, every game that contract looks more and more like a steal.

Dahlin is going to keep producing. 80 points at least.

Skinner is at a ppg pace. Insane

But they will still miss the playoffs by 15 points sadly.

Losing Samuelsson and Joker 2 and 3 games in, with a banged up Boosh really screwed some things up for this team.

He has different levels though. Last night was 10/10 Skinners. The NY Islanders last year at the end was 10/10 Skinners. A total pest. Sometimes he looks very content to ride the Tage Thompson train. He was conducting the train last night.

I don't think they would budge on the 2 firsts unless they got a good prospect, and I would think they would want at least 1 roster player and im not sure that would be Krebs

maybe samuelsson is the catalyst to get the defense playing in more appropriate roles. Kyle's needed in that locker room to get these guys playing with the requisite energy.

Offense has dropped and defense has cratered. There's nothing to pinpoint, they're just playing tradejoker below their means.

Ya I wouldnt, we have 2 very good offensive minded D-men who are also pretty good in their own end. Get another Samuelsson or more of a 2-way guy.

He's last on SJ in shots against, corsi against, high danger chances against. all while getting only ~35% defensive zone starts.

Its also first in all of those categories for, resulting in a net positive for all of them.

He also has played BY FAR the most minutes on the team, so hard to get the best picture unless someone wants to break it down in to per 60
