Flyers luck is unlucky. They choose Nolan Patrick after getting lucky to be bumped up from 13th place to second in the draft (Heiskanen & Makar) was available. Turns out God bless him "Patrick" had a rare migraine condition.

Patrick was the consensus #2 whoever had the number 2 was drafting him on that day.
The draft of York over Caulfield was and will be a big mistake. They needed a dynamic goal scorer and elected to pick a safe defenseman instead that will never be more than a 4 at best.
Caulfield is not exactly surrounded by a ton of talent in Montreal and still has 11 goals this year.

Briere may be better than Hall of Shame builder Chuck.

I can see Briere getting interim until they hire the GM. I would be surprised if they promote from within.

You know I think Mac has played pretty good…for Mac that is…maybe there is something there. But I’m not sure you have him on the ice in the last minute of the game protecting a one goal lead.

Totally agree. It's early but Mac has done more than I expected. He at least is noticeable for the most part when out there. That said, yes, he should not be out during crucial times of a game.

Was Jay O’Brien a good pick? How about Rubstov?

Yea, as soon as it was a shootout, the loss was a lock. Don't forget that in current times, it's "winless" streak....not a losing streak. I didn't think losing 10 games would happen this year but the way things are going, it may happen at some point.

Habs will be great like Devils are now. Gorton rebuild of the Rags very successful.
