Unfortunately, the common denominator over the last 11 years, soon to be 12, of playoff drought is the ownership of Terry and Kim Pegula. Sad to say it because they are the 5th richest owners in the NHL, but they've kept the Sabres with AHL goaltending for 3 straight seasons, $20 million in cap space for the second straight season, and the 2nd worst arena in the NHL after Arizona. For every good thing they do for the Bills they spear Sabre fans right in the groin. |
