To me, they should be able to pick up a protector from the AHL if they have to. It shouldn't be hard at all. I don't need them to draft for it. This isn't about making the playoffs, that's already been destroyed by this month. It's about protecting our two great players, our 19 year old future great player, and our basket of bltches at the forward position.

The only people who don't understand this most likely didn't watch Peterka get blasted multiple times against Vancouver nor Krebs get boarded against Ottawa. These things don't show up at Naturalstattrick

I don't disagree with you and this team is lacking some toughness but he has to be able to play hockey too.


Last 10 years we trade away anyone who has toughness Foligno, Des, Kassian just to name a few. Anyone shows an ounce of toughness and they are shipped out

I want to see UPL too. With the group they have, it can spiral into a goalie crisis really fast. Just one of the reasons I've called this a poorly constructed team.
