Sounds quite similar to the Sabres situation.
Will be curious to see how long Verbeek can stand pat with the way things are trending.
Even if this ends up being another "rebuild" year for the Ducks, good habits aren't being built right now, and a future staple in McTavish isn't getting the opportunities he deserves.
